Prices Include

All consumption of water, electricity, household linen and set of towels per person with linen change for bi-weekly bookings, wi-fi, satellite TV.
Shared use of: laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, garden shower, outdoor swimming pool with a diameter of mt. 5 and height mt. 1.10, covered parking inside the property.
Free cot and high chair to be requested at the time of booking.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge.

Prices do not include

Final cleaning euro 80.00 per house, air conditioning/electric heating with payment counter (1 click = 1 Kw/euro 0.70). LPG heating according to consumption: euro 6.00/m3, washing machine (euro 5.00 per wash), wood for the fireplace euro 5.00 per box
