Casa Rina is the smallest of the two houses that make up the property CASA MARTA. The house has a large private garden of 400 m2 completely fenced that surrounds the house.

1 bathroom with shower,
1 pergola with outdoor furniture and century-old oak.

Prices Include

All consumption of water, electricity, household linen and set of towels per person with linen change for bi-weekly bookings, wi-fi, satellite TV.
Shared use of: laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, garden shower, outdoor swimming pool with a diameter of mt. 5 and height mt. 1.10, covered parking inside the property.
Free cot and high chair to be requested at the time of booking.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge.

Prices do not include

Final cleaning €80.00 per home. Electric air conditioning/heating with click counter (1 click = 1 kW/0.50 euro). LPG heating (according to consumption): €6.00/m3, washing machine (€5.00 per wash), wood for the fireplace €5.00 per box. Tourist tax €1.50 per person (over 14 years) for a maximum of 4 nights.

For the Easter long weekends, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, All Saints' Day, 8 December and the end of the year prices on request

Short stays (minimum 2 nights)

Possibility to book less than a week. soggiorno minimo 2 notti.
